10. Khuthaza iNkcubeko yoKhuseleko:
Ukukhuthaza inkcubeko yokhuseleko ngaphakathi kwintlangano apho ukhuseleko lubekwe phambili, luxatyiswa, kwaye luhlanganiswe kuyo yonke imiba yokusebenza. Le nkcubeko ikhuthaza abasebenzi ukuba baphathe ukhuseleko lwabo kwaye bafake isandla kwindawo ekhuselekileyo yokusebenza.
